Season: May 15–October 15, 2027
Spend the summer surrounded by the natural beauty of Maine while becoming part of the friendly Pinegrove campground team. Park your RV just steps from the scenic Penobscot River and enjoy a rewarding, hands-on position in a peaceful outdoor setting.
This opportunity is perfect for an individual or couple who enjoys meeting campers, helping guests, working outdoors, and taking pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming campground. At Pinegrove, you’ll be part of a close-knit team while enjoying the freedom, beauty, and adventure of Northern Maine.

We are seeking dependable applicants who understand the responsibilities of the position, are comfortable performing the duties listed below, and can commit to the full season.
Position Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-service-oriented camp host or couple to assist with:
• Welcoming campers and helping guests feel at home
• Assisting with office duties and guest communication
• Answering questions and helping create a positive camping experience
• Performing general campground maintenance
• Mowing and caring for the grounds
• Cleaning rental cabins and campground areas
• Keeping shared spaces clean, neat, and inviting
• Helping with other general campground duties as needed
This is a hands-on position. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical tasks, and pitching in wherever help is needed. A positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to work as part of a team are especially important.
Schedule and Work Commitment
• Season: May 15–October 15, 2027
• Work commitment: Approximately 20 hours per couple per week
• Availability: Applicants must be able to commit to the full season
For couples applying together, both applicants should understand the position and be willing to contribute to the agreed-upon work schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation includes:
• Free full-hookup RV site or water electric site
• Free electricity and utilities
• Large private site with a fire ring and picnic table
• Space for gardening

• Free use of tubes, canoes, and kayaks
