The Head W***h has two announcements for you:

The Workshop will be closed except by appt until June 1 so the W***h can finish custom garb contracts and prepare for Bluffwoods Renaissance Festival on 30-31 May in St Joseph, MO

A sign will be posted as a reminder but we are asking anyone who may be SICK or SYMPTOMATIC to ABSOLUTELY NOT come into the Workshop. The Head W***h has a compromised immune system and it seems as if there is not a safe distance to avoid illness. Contactless pick-up or drop-off can be arranged easily with a simple text or message. We appreciate your consideration in this matter

Happy Tuesday everyone! Some brief announcements from The W***h if you please:

The REGULAR Workshop hours of 10-6 M-F and 10-3 on Saturdays will resume as of 11-1 and any exceptions WILL be posted as they come up.

In house quilting and embroidery services are available effective immediately.

A complete reset of the Workshop sales floor is coming very soon and a special sale on pre-made items will be announced, just in time for holiday shopping which leads to...

Due to the current food climate, we at W***hes' Workshop would like to provide a small assortment of foodstuffs, to those in need, in our small market bags or simply in craft paper bags. No purchase is necessary, though, if you know of someone in need. Shopping bags will be located next to the tote for gathering supplies and delivering anonymously. We need your help to make this happen, however much we would love to have the resources to complete the mission ourselves, so any food donations can be left in the specially marked box in the lobby of the shoppe. We will add to it as we are able in way of canned meats and shelf-stable milk to begin putting together these needed gifts. Bags, if you choose to gift one as well, start at $15 and more options are available in the next couple of weeks, but NOT required. If you choose, gift cards to TJs, Dollar General, or Countryview can be included instead.

As always, any appointments before/after hours are welcome and custom prom/wedding/special event clothing is the W***h's specialty

Many apologies to my loyal, and very patient, folks. The W***h spent over a week in the wonderful care of nurses and doctors, culminating in another spine surgery that fixed some excruciating symptoms. The long journey home was made and recovery will move at its own pace. Returning to promised projects is the goal, but caution is required. Again, terribly sorry

I was given some fun pillow covers earlier this Summer and asked to create bags from them. Just made this one today while I'm recuperating and must admit that the donor created a monster because there are 62 different choices now and a whole box full of strap ribbons and trims 😍
