We had a super fun stay! Kim was so friendly, quick to respond and gave us a ton of places to go to, close to her home, for shopping, eating, etc. Everything was exactly as listed. It was super clean and the view both downstairs and upstairs of the water is just amazing. We hope to stay again!

Hi Kim, We honestly had such a relaxing time! We played lots of games in that beautiful kitchen with a super long island/table for us, went in the hot tub, played croquet, took a walk downtown, slept in, sat on the dock for hours, etc. I appreciate all the time you spent with me answering all of my questions. It truly was a great weekend!

The house itself was the best-equipped rental we’ve ever experienced. Starting with the kitchen: no cheap utensils, no flimsy dishes—they didn’t cut corners. Everything felt like it was stocked by someone who actually cooks. Every little tool or item you’d expect in your own home was there. As for cleanliness—impeccable. This may have been the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in. Spotless, organized, and not a single hair out of place. The location was fantastic: walking distance to downtown Menasha with its charming restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and right on the water. The hot tub was actually the reason we booked, and it absolutely delivered. High-quality Adirondack chairs added a nice touch and made it feel like home. We’re already talking about coming back—especially to try out the pontoon boat next time. Everything about this rental exceeded our (very high) standards. We own beautiful homes ourselves and expect a lot when we travel. This place lived up to it!

Beautiful Property
The home was beautifully decorated with great amenities. We were not able to fully enjoy everything due to being in town for a wedding but would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to my questions both before and during the stay. It was an easy drive to all the events we attended in the Fox Valley area.

This house matched the description and pictures. The river view was beautiful in the fall. The house was very clean and accommodating for our big family. There is a lot to do with the town being so close. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Our Broad Street Riverview Retreat has availability in January and February. There are trails to hike, ski or snow shoe if we get snow this year. Less than a block you will find 2 Old Fashioned Supper Clubs, an Uptown style restaurant, 2 breweries, 2 coffee and sweet shops, a game room, a 3D printing shop, salons and spas... there is so much to do you will not need to get in the car for a week! Excellent location.. It was exactly as described and better!! Definitely a do over location!! :)

We had a great stay! The place is amazingly well equipped in the kitchen and office area. It also has a great separate workout room with a great view. They have done a great job renovating a beautiful old home and it has everything you could want for a rental.

Great weekend with family. Kim was very thorough with all details. Highly recommend
