Welcome to October, mentioned Facebook and we will waive our processing fees on your next vacation rental. Our vacation rental of the month is listed as our house #03 Madeira House. Beautiful space located right in the middle of Mendocino within walking to everything in town.

Our office will be closed on Saturday July 11th but will reopen on Sunday. Our beautiful coast is slowly reopening however we ask you to please follow our countys guidelines and wear a mask while in public. With everyone's help in following what's requested, we'll soon see more of our businesses reopen. With all of our moves and cancellations our calendars may not be up to date, please give us call or email your requested dates and one of us will get back to you asap. Stay safe everyone

Until July 12 all lodging is on a soft opening with many restrictions from our county that will be honored and respected. With all of the recent moves and cancellations during our shelter in place, those interested in booking should call the office to assure the dates and home you've chosen are available. We are excited to share our newest additions #17 Tranquility Shores and #14 Caspar Cottage. Our office hours will remain from 9-4 Sunday through Friday. We are also asking our guest to please plan on wearing a mask when in public or entering any shops in our area.

As of Friday June 12, 2020 at 3:00 pm we will be officially lifted of our shelter in place and ready to welcome visitors. We asked that you respect one another and the new way of living for us all. Please wear your mask while in the public and abide by our county's guidelines. Email or give us a call for any of your questions or concerns. Our office hours are 9-4.

Day 47 marks the first mandatory day that we all must wear a mask when out in public. We are all fighting this pandemic together and continue to do what we can to help keep one another safe. Soon our beaches will reopen and we'll be able to share our beautiful Mendocino area. For all of you that have moved your dates, we appreciate your loyalty and look forward to your return. In not knowing a lift date, what we are doing is extending out our normal year out bookings dates to 2 years. For those who have existing reservations, if you wish to pay them off we will waive our fees. In these trying times, every little bit helps us all. Our wish for all is to continue to practice safety when in public, show patience, love to each other and most importantly be kind to yourself. We can't wait for your return to see our beautiful new fence, garden and surprises not revealed yet. We love you all and think of you as our MCR family. As we all continue to honor and respect the shelter in place orders, we wanted you all to know we are looking forward to your return to our beautiful area. It's important that we all take this COVID19 seriously and stay in our own areas to prevent additional positive cases. the office remains closed for now but we are checking things daily. We all have to join together and do our parts to stop the spread . Thank you all for the outpour of love and understanding shown during this pandemic, we love each one of you and look forward to when this has lifted. We want to thank all of the essential workers for risking exposure, we could not get through this without you. It's important we all continue to show patience, love and smart choices toward controlling this virus. Once this has lifted we will be back full time. With our shelter in place still effective in Mendocino we continue to take care of our guest (who are not here) via emails or phone calls. Our office hours are limited so please if you need to reach us, shoot us an email or leave a message. The patience and love shown by everyone is proof we love what we're doing and will continue once this has lifted. Stay safe everyone and we can't wait to see you again soon. As we all continue to experience shelter in place keep remembering that we are all doing what we can to support NOT spreading the Coronavirus by staying at home. Our office remains closed however we are here daily for only a few hours to answer emails and phone calls. You have all shown such patience and love toward what we do here at MCR and look forward to seeing all of you again soon. We would also like to thank all of our essential workers for all of their hard work in providing help where needed. A huge thank you to our local grocery stores for the preventive care they've shown, our restaurants for curbside service and most of all our hospital, police and firemen for all of their service. Be kind to one another and feel blessed that we are a small community. Please wear mask today and avoid a problem for others tomorrow. We are also experiencing those coming to our area that don't live here; please honor the shelter in place and stay home for now. With our very serious shelter in place here in Mendocino our hours are limited at the office. Please send us an email with any changes on your existing reservations so we have them on record and won't miss any of you. By staying at home we all are doing our part in helping this virus not to spread. This will pass and we can all get back to our normal hours of operation. Until then, please please stay home unless it's necessary to travel. We miss all of our guest and look forward to your return soon. Many of our local businesses are suffering, it's up to us to keep our area alive. Show patience, love and most of all support to anyone in need during this time. Our prayers go out to all who have suffered or passed with this virus. Keep the faith everyone, Mendocino will be here once the of shelter in place has lifted.
