This week we had the enormous honor of hosting — one of the greatest pioneers and innovators of modern Jiu Jitsu, along with — a 5th degree black belt under Jean Jacques and one of the most skillful and generous coaches we’ve ever had the joy of learning from. Thank you both for everything you gave us this week, and for all you do for the Jiu Jitsu community 🙏

Six years ago, our great friend and brother introduced us to It was an amazing time that gifted us with some of the best friends we’ve made along this journey. This past week we hosted Roy again, along with 16 guests, each of whom brought such great joy and energy to the week. What an awesome bunch… truly a joy to host!

Thank you Jack, Sabine, Noi, Gavin, Beth, and Sarah for all your hard work and for the incredible talent you bring to running these camps. Thank you, Roy, for your world-class coaching and for the artistic approach you’ve always so generously shared with our retreats and with the Jiu Jitsu community as a whole. And thank you, Nic, for being here for us in the early days and for all your love and support!

Today is the first day of spring and we have a beautiful year ahead. In a little over a week, we welcome and to the retreat. Life is good 🙏
