Born from a long-held vision to reimagine sake for a contemporary audience, Sake ONO bridges the depth of Japanese tradition with a fresh, modern sense of occasion. Produced in Niigata, Japan, the brand’s offerings are rooted in historic brewing partnerships, including Yoshi No Gawa, a family-owned brewery with a legacy dating back to 1548, and the artisans behind Sake ONO Rare, a limited release designed to showcase the elegance and complexity of ultra-premium sake.
As each course is presented, Chef Joseph Humphrey and Catherine will lead guests through the pairings, sharing the craftsmanship, heritage, and philosophy behind a brand that invites sake to be experienced both in cocktails and as a refined pour on its own.
