What an incredible accomplishment! Thank you to all 25 participants who joined the challenge, encouraged one another, and committed to taking steps toward a healthier heart.

This challenge has been about so much more than numbers. It’s been about choosing movement, building heart healthier habits, supporting one another, and proving that when a community comes together, amazing things happen.
