Looking for ways to put your delicious Lightsey Farms pears to use? Try this Easy Peasy Pear Crumble recipe:

Ingredients:
8-10 Pears
2 tsp Cinnamon divided
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 cup uncooked Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter, cold

Instructions:
🍐Peel and slice Lightsey pears.
🍐Preheat oven to 375.
🍐Grease 8x10 baking dish.
🍐Layer pears into baking dish.
🍐Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
🍐Mix together flour, brown sugar, oats and remaining cinnamon in a bowl.
🍐Add in vanilla and cut in butter with fork.
🍐Work until mixture forms large crumbs.
🍐Sprinkle over pears.
🍐Bake at 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
