**Experiencia con Quickbooks

· Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la firma de CPA para garantizar el mantenimiento adecuado de registros

· Procesar recibos de pago

· Conciliar cuentas bancarias

· Procesar Pagos a Proveedores

· Administrar cuentas de préstamo

· Procesar Asientos de Nómina

· Procesamiento de impuestos sobre las ventas para múltiples entidades

· Presentación de impuestos comerciales

· La gestión del inventario

· Informes de comisiones para el personal de ventas

· Proyectos especiales según sea necesario

El candidato ideal debe ser organizado, motivado y orientado a los detalles. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita son imprescindibles.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivables and other administrative duties. Experience managing multiple companies
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can multitask
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Trustworthy and reliable
**Experience with Quick books

· Work closely with CPA Firm to ensure proper record keeping

· Quarterly and Yearly reporting of Financials

· Process Payment receipts

· Reconcile Bank accounts

· Process Payments for Suppliers

· Manage Loan accounts

· Process Payroll Entries

· Sales Tax Processing for multiple entities

· Business Tax Filing

· Inventory management

· Commission Reporting for Sales Staff

· Special Projects as needed

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Bilingual a MUST
