Our as-built 3D laser scans enable orthographic section cuts and x-ray perspectives of this 1956 Miami Beach motel.
A sleek post-war modernist specimen, the "Carnival Motel" was designed by architect Melvin Grossman. This is the same architect who designed Caesar's Palace 10 years later which shows Grossman's ability to execute in these two completely different styles.
Once laser scans are captured on-site, all built elements can be accurately measured, sliced and presented in unlimited ways. This makes concepting, presenting, approving, estimating and managing a renovation project much more efficient with everyone referencing the same centralized, site-verified information.
What a concept, right?
