I was genuinely surprised today by this thoughtful gift from Abel and Lucas. Thank you both for the gesture—it means a lot to know that the hard work we put in every day is recognized and appreciated.

What makes me most proud isn’t the gift itself, but seeing how much our team has grown and how much potential still lies ahead. We are building something bigger than any one person. Success comes from consistency, attention to detail, taking ownership, and constantly learning.

My challenge to both of you is simple: keep pushing yourselves to learn more, improve every day, and stay one step ahead. The more knowledge and experience you gain, the stronger our team becomes, and the more opportunities we create together.

We have ambitious goals ahead, and I truly believe that with hard work, smart decisions, and a commitment to excellence, we can continue growing and achieving great things.
