The Space
This apartment has everything necessary to comfortably accommodate 4 guests as long as you want. Kitchen, dining room, living and bedrooms are all independent. Floors are tile and most of the appliances are new. Nice light all over the place. It is located in a second floor. It has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed. s that you are free to use. In each bedroom you will find a bag rack for you to comfortably have access your bag in case you don't want to use the closet. In this apartment you will find the necessary to cook light meals. There is an electrical stove with oven and also a microwave and a coffee maker. Find coffee in the kitchen and enjoy it while you plan if you need to buy some groceries or order food or even go to Mid Town and enjoy any of the many restaurants you will find there. Enjoy watching TV or work in the apartment if necessary. Guest Access
You will enjoy the space like you are in your own house. The entire apartment is yours. In the space you can accommodate a fifth person but will have to sleep in the sofa bed. Let us know so we provide you with extra linens. You have access to one parking space located in the back of the building. Park in the 5619 Space. Interaction with Guests
This space is professionally managed and managers will be happy to accommodate all your needs or even recommend you where to eat in the hippest new places around. You text us or give us a call and we will be there to help to make your stay the best possible. Other than that you are on your own. Combination to access the keys of the apartment is going to be provided to you before your trip. Once you park your car, if you have one, go upstairs, find the the lock box in the gate and open. Previous to your arrival we have make sure that everything in the apartment is clean and fresh for you. Even we check on you and we make sure that everything is in order for you, you might not notice it. We encourage you to be in communication through text in case you need anything. The Heart of Little Haiti. This apartment is surrounded by family houses right on Miami Avenue. There is public transportation all day and you are going to be very close to most of everything you need. You will be 20 minutes from Miami Airport, 10 minutes from Downtown Miami, 30 minutes from Dolphin or Aventura Malls. 20 minutes from South Beach... 5 minutes from Design District, MiMo and 10 from Wynwood. Getting Around
If u want to rent a car you are welcome to do it. You can park right downstairs. OR you can take a bus right on the corner that will take u to Downtown Miami where u can take the Metro Mover to go South by train or West to the Airport. Or simply Uber everywhere you go and relax about having to park and pay for parking!
