That’s the feeling we have when we are crossing the comfort zone edge…nothing great happens when you’re IN the comfort zone thinking you’re fully prepared.

🎉 Greatness occurs outside of this feeling / zone.

5 LESSONS I learned from Dubai 🇦🇪:
🤍 There is an incredible hustle vibe here that you’ll never find elsewhere in the world.

🤍 All the bling and glamour isn’t associated with wealth..real wealth is undercover and doesn’t lead with a supercar.

🤍 Business here is much easier when you have local connections. I was blessed to have built an incredible network here that’s unrivalled..all in the last 7 months..

🤍 Indian money is the biggest money here..but they are also the hardest people to business with...the Emiratis are actually easier to work with!

🤍 Having a job here isn’t the ideal way to live in Dubai since your Visa status is dependent on your job and employers often take advantage of that in a subtle but pretty brutal way.
Real freedom here comes from building your own wealth and business, both of which I want to help you with.

🔥 I’m in process of raising a second fund ($500M and just with institutional investors) so I am super excited about sharing the process (all the ups and downs included) with you.

😎 My knowledge in private equity has been enhanced with the financial trading and real estate knowledge I mastered since 2004.

😎 So don’t underestimate the crossover in the different financial “verticals” you can learn over the years.
