The front of the lot overlooks the beautiful, landscaped people and dog parks while the back of the lot has a dock on the deep-water canal, with a mature stand of mangroves and sea grape trees.

The dock with a stepdown mooring on our deep-water canal is ready for your boat, kayak, paddle board, or jet skis.

Being on the canal, you and your vessels are protected from the often windy and rough conditions found on the bay front sites.

Relax on the dock, toss in a fishing line and enjoy the gentle breezes, get out on the water or just take it easy in the tiki watching your favorite show on HDTV.
