A big shout out and THANK YOU to all that are serving or have served to protect our freedoms! We’re open today until 8ish…..spaghetti with meat sauce is the special of the day as well as I added hot dogs. We are collecting donations for Heroes On The Water-San Antonio Chapter today! Sunset Resort will match all donations!

Stop by, grab a beer and burger and enjoy this last day of the holiday weekend! Just a quick reminder, we do not have a swimming or fishing area if you do not have a boat or kayak…..your best option to enjoy the water if you do not have one is to rent one from Wallys Watersports / Crandall's Ski & Wakeboard School Medina lake or take a boat ride with them….or just a short 10 mins down the road from us is Paradise Canyon that has a spring fed swimming hole along with picnic and shade areas!

Incase you're looking for a swimming or picnic area at the lake....but don't have a boat or kayaks...check out Paradise Canyon...it's only 7 mins from the lake! They have a fresh spring and fishing hole! Until the lake comes back further, we do not have fishing or swimming from the shore or docks at our resort. The bar and grill is open though! Lots of sports to enjoy and tonight on the big screen is the Spurs game! Wallys Watersports / Crandall's Ski & Wakeboard School Medina lake also does hourly skiing lessons, boat tours of the lake or just take the kids out to experience the lake and swim a bit with Wally!

Thank you all for a great Saturday afternoon & evening at Sunset Resort! You all showed up as soon as the rain let up! Come spend the afternoon or evening with us tomorrow! Spurs game will be on the TV starting at 7 pm and we will be doing an outdoor movie tomorrow night at 8:30 pm too! Come check it out!
