The Annual Tanglewood Homeowners Association Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022
at The Elks Lodge, 24 High Street at 7:00 PM. We realize everyone is busy but we hope at least one homeowner per household will make the effort to attend the meeting. To encourage this, we will be providing pizza and also hold a drawing for only the association members present. One lucky member will receive 6 months of free HOA dues.

Looking for an electrician to hook up our hot tub ASAP!
Bob wired it to our old hot tub panel and everything works but the heater. Because it's filled, we're afraid it'll freeze being outside.
Any referrals in the area that could come sooner than later is appreciated. We live in Tanglewood. TYIA.

All Tanglewood homeowners received letter with details/agenda.
Hope to have a great turnout!!

Our annual HOA meeting is Wed., Oct. 9th !!
Letters to neighbors will be going out soon.
We encourage at least one homeowner per household attend.
This is only held ONCE a year!!
Mark your calendar and watch for letter in your mailbox with more details 😀

A Block Party has been discussed at Our annual meeting the last few years for Tanglewood homeowners only.
Looking for your feedback and interest in this event.
Would use money in our account to have it catered so no one is responsible for set up or cleanup.
Please post your thoughts/ideas.

I know most neighbors pick up after their dogs but it makes me so frustrated when I walk my dog and see P**P left everywhere! It's on sidewalks, streets and even someones bushes. Mostly on Pendleton Ct. And common areas. I put signs up hoping to bring awareness. PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN AND PICK UP YOUR DOGS P**P!!🐶 TYIA

Want to thank Sign Design, Inc. FOR designing and installing a Tanglewood Sign at entrance of Saddleworth Way today! It's been a LONG time coming..glad I was part of the process as a Trustee!!
Scott Ferrigno was great to work with on the font size and design..Also Carolina Pedrosa for working on proposal, permit and scheduling... Owner Ron Ferrigno for the discount.😀...
John and Cory did great job installing it.
I put a solar light in ground to shine on it at night.
Next...some bushes and flowers for color!!
