Congratulations Dawn, who recently celebrated 30 years at NCG Hospitality!!🎉

Over the course of the last 30 years, Dawn has been making a difference working at several NCG Hospitality properties like Hampton Inn Milwaukee, Hampton Inn Brookfield, Hilton Garden Inn Rockford and currently working Hilton Garden Inn Brookfield.

Dawn spent the first six months of her hospitality career in housekeeping, then an opening came at the front desk and she knew she found her calling. Dawn is proud to say she still loves hospitality and provides the best service possible to each and every guest she meets.

At NCG Hospitality, we want you to travel with the entire family, which is why we welcome furry friends at our properties.🐾

For many years now, we’ve been partnered with local humane societies that provide care, shelter, and second chances for animals who need it most. A portion of every pet fee guests pay goes directly to that hotel’s local humane society and in 2025, NCG Hospitality donated a total of $15,885.

We couldn’t be prouder of the impact it makes across our communities!

Get Connected is a multi-day experience designed to bring in our new managers and create space for intentional learning, meaningful connection, and a deeper understanding of the company. They have the opportunity to meet the Lenz family and hear firsthand how the business began.

Our corporate teams spend time with them, sharing how they support both the managers and our properties. The experience wraps up with team bonding activities that bring it all together.

Every year, our Commercial Services Team host a Summit that allow for a few intentional days designed for connection, growth, and strategy. This year’s theme was 'All In', and they certainly leaned in all the way soaking up a little bit of desert magic together in Palm Springs. 🌴

This annual summit was about stepping away from the day-to-day, leaning into meaningful face to face conversations with this fully remote team, sharpening their approach, and strengthening the relationships that make the team so special. 👥✨

All In wasn’t just the theme, it was a mindset, and this team delivered. 💯

Check out progress pictures of the Moxy Glendale hotel developing in the Westgate Entertainment District! Set to open its doors in Fall of 2027, this desert oasis theme hotel will feature a resort-style pool, private cabana suites, walk-up bar and vibrant communal spaces! 🍹🌊
