Well deserving of its excellent name, this is such a lovely, pleasant, and relaxing hotel! My family and I usually stay here when we visit Newport / Middletown. Best location in calm Middletown within walking distance of the beach, and a break from the overcrowded and overpriced Newport hotels. This is a small family owned business rather than a chain. Always excited to come back and stay here.

The Hotel: beautiful beachy décor and feel - the design is top! Everything is new, fresh, and clean. You have all you could possibly need and more. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms in the rooms have a sleek design. Some rooms have nice views, especially if you get the ones with the lovely balconies!! The owners are so friendly and hands on, you can usually find them working at the hotel or the café and around - very friendly and nice!

Bonus: the complementary breakfast at YiaYia's cafe right under is something we always look forward to.

So beautiful! I love that it is family owned and how the family works there. The stay is so personable and cozy. So clean and all the complimentary toiletries was such a bonus!
