Four Springs Retreat Center Four Springs was established in 1956 by three women who worked with psychologist C. G. Jung: Elizabeth Howes, Sheila Moon, and Luella Sibbald.

85 miles north of San Francisco, near Middletown, CA, Four Springs' historic lodge and cabins on 280 forested acres are an inspirational setting for seminars, gatherings and personal retreats. Intentionally small in scale, Four Springs offers seclusion, natural beauty, and a congenial setting for deep work. We offer seminars and hospitality to personal retreat guests and groups of up to 50 participants.
