We are Empire Mini Storage & U-Haul, located right between Middletown and Hidden Valley Lake, CA! We have a storage facility with over 500 units, not including our outdoor parking for RVs & motor vehicles! Our storage units range from our smallest 5x5 (the size of a small closet), all the way to a 12x30 (the size of a huge garage!). We offer special move-in deals (no coupon needed!) as well as dis

We put our needs on the back burner shortly after the fire to help try to provide for the needs of the community the best we could. Now it's time for us to start focusing on our own clean up and rebuild efforts once and for all.

We are excited to announce that off and on during the next few months we will have crews and their equipment on site working at the facility. Please be safe and cautious while visiting your storage and bear with us through this process as we are working to get ourselves back on track.

Feel free to stop in the office and talk to Cheryl about what to expect for the next steps in the clean up.

We have one 12x30 unit that just became available!! It is ready to rent! It will not last long so come secure it right away! It runs $239 per month and the contract is month by month (calendar months). We usually have a large waiting list for these units but we currently don't have anyone waiting for this size.

We also have several 5x5 units ready for rental!

If you are in need of a unit, or parking space, we can put your name on a waiting list so we can call you when your preferred unit size becomes available.
