We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of our inaugural Community Service Event. As a result of our collective efforts, we were able to provide hot soups, chili, and crackers to several individuals. Furthermore, WoodsJoy Lodge No. 752 generously donated three bicycles to three families. We are grateful for the support of all volunteers, donors, sisters, and especially the brothers who prepared the meals. We also appreciate the city officials who attended and showed their support for WoodsJoy Lodge #752. This event would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of everyone involved. Thank you.

Today we proudly celebrate 101 years of Light, Labor, and Legacy here in Birmingham, Alabama. Since our chartering, Woods Joy #752 has stood as a pillar of Brotherhood, Faith, and Service within Prince Hall Masonry and our community.

To every Brother who has worn the apron of Woods Joy with pride — past, present, and future — we say thank you for your dedication to the Craft, your commitment to one another, and your unwavering service to humanity.

Here’s to 101 years of building, and to the many more years of Light that lie ahead.

On August 2, 2025, WoodsJoy Lodge #752, along with Sunbeam #844, Evening Star #578, Cannon’s Beauty #589, and Queen of the South #892, joined forces with Be Kind Birmingham to provide meals for 300 families.
They also assisted with complimentary clothing, shoes, haircuts, and school supplies to support children returning to school.
The members of WoodsJoy Lodge #752 stand ready to provide support and assistance to the communities they serve.

Awesome weekend of service as we compiled our resources together for the purpose of serving others. We served yet again over 100 meals to the less fortunate as we extended our love and fellowship to our surrounding communities. We take a tremendous amount of pride in serving those in need.
