Owners, Klaus and Shonna Schmid have their home on the property just North of the park. Park Manager, Fred Richardson also lives on site. Our 30 and 50 amp metered RV spaces measure 25x50 and include a park style grill, mature shade tree, and picnic table. Each space accommodates parking for 2 vehicles. We are a gated community and cater to the long term RV resident. For your peace of mind as well
as ours, we require a background check on all tenants residing in our park with no exceptions. This park is exclusive to adults only. Residents have access to gates entering the front and back of the park. Gates are closed at 10pm and are reopened when the first person leaves in the morning. However, you can come and go as needed. Solicitors are prohibited on the property. We have landscaped the park with many beautiful trees including large oak, pine, pecan, windmill palm and lace bark elms, We are currently finishing up our stunning pond area. This relaxation zone has a functioning windmill and stone walkway all the way around the pond. There are 2 water fountains located in the center of the 5 foot deep pond. There will also be a large waterfall feature and a nice sized fire pit to sit around. A pavilion with seating will be pond side along with a couple of park grills available to every resident. We also are in the process of putting in 2 laundry rooms complete with heavy duty washers and dryers for our resident's convenience.
