Dear Chalet Village Guests,

We are so sorry to hear that your Cooperstown Dreamspark experience has been cancelled.
If you are looking for a refund and have not emailed me your address yet please do so. If you would like a credit to hold a chalet for next year we can do that too.

As you know we are presently on lockdown. Which means we are home. When things settle down with the pandemic we will be able to get back into the office and take care of the refunds. Thank you for your patience.
