And just like that, another snowmobile season has come to an end in the Katahdin Region. While this season was short, it was, however, a bit longer than last year's season - so we'll take the win! With this, we wanted to take a moment to share gratitude for:

- TPSC Volunteer Members and our Trail Crew! Our trail work parties could not have happened without all of you, and we're grateful to have been able to accomplish so much on the trails this late fall/early winter.

- As always, a huge appreciation to our landowners and their usage permissions to make this snowmobile season happen!

- The hardcore, consistent regulars we see on our trails, and all of the new faces and friends made along the way. The season wouldn't be possible without you supporting local businesses and getting after the adventures along the way!

- Our awesome grooming operators who sometimes spend an entire night in the woods! We appreciate each and every one of you!

Stay tuned as this upcoming summer we'll be making some big improvements to our trail system, and we'll need your help!

Well… we didn’t receive the snowfall that was in the forecast over the last 24 hours. But! We haven’t put the groomers away just yet.

So what do you all think?
Do we keep the snow dances going a little longer? ❄️💃
Or is it time to tuck the groomers away for the season?

This is definitely the weekend to get out and ride!

With spring riding conditions and warm temperatures settling in, it’s in the best interest of the trails to pause grooming after tonight until midweek next week, when winter looks to return.

Now, we want to be clear that this doesn’t mean we’re throwing in the towel. TPSC was the first club out packing trails this season, and we fully intend to be the last ones putting the equipment away! Taking a short pause from grooming will actually be good for the trail system and help the snow hang on a little longer as we ride out this warm stretch.

We'll look to see you all this weekend!

We have a groomer down at the east intersection of old 85/86 and 112. Be aware that we will have people and groomers out in that direction through the day. The trail in that area is rough ride with caution.

POC Rock has stood here for generations, holding stories of the people, cultures, and histories that came long before us. In the past, vandalism damaged this sacred and meaningful place, reminding us how fragile these connections can be.

Today, we protect POC Rock and its surroundings out of respect for its history, its significance, and the land itself.

Preserving places like this ensures future generations can learn, reflect, and feel connected to something greater than themselves.

Snow dances in full effect for that 3" and hopefully more! ❄️💃
With scattered snow showers on deck this week, we’re ready for a winter refresh! Trails have held up pretty well given the busy week. We're getting excited for some March riding!

UPDATE ON THE TPSC TRAIL SYSTEM-
After a long (but fun) night out in the groomer, we’re here to say that the Pole Line is officially in spring-like condition. What does this mean?

Currently, 90% of it is in good shape with snow coverage. Of course, when we see heavy traffic and hot sun, things take a turn! Some corners are exposed, and some sections that didn’t have snow- now have snow! Our groomers worked hard to bring in any snow they could on the blade and pack it in on the drag. Conditions were solid this morning thanks to the low temps overnight.

If you’re riding from the Timber Cruisers parking lot, expect the riding to get better after NEOC!

If you’re riding from the Golden Road Gatehouse lot, conditions are amazing. Essentially, once you get to the State Road, things are excellent.

Be sure to enjoy this weekend of riding ahead of us!
