We have several quiet and private lots available at Outlook Pointe, with a wonderful view of the Town of Milton. Only 3/10th of a mile off of Route 60 on Newmans Branch Road. Away from the main traffic of town, but still within a mile from a grocery store, gas stations, post office, physician’s office, several different churches and a couple of nice restaurants. All lots are graveled with grassy areas nearby; plenty of room to take leisurely walks and for children to play; 35-50 amp hookups; utilities included in rent (electric, water, sewer, trash); no worries of flooding. $600/month.
