The Spruce Roost Welcome to your home away located in historic Milton, Delaware, home of Dogfish Head Brewery. Walking distance to downtown and the Broadkill River.

Close to Rehoboth and other beaches. The Roost sleeps four guests and is not handicap accessible. No pets and smoking in unit are prohibited. Price is $200/night non-holiday & $225/night holiday. Weekly pricing is available. Email or DM for availability. Parking for one vehicle and linens are included. 1/3 deposit at booking. Grocery service available for $35 fee. Please note: Delaware requires a 4.5% tax on short term rentals.
