New restaurant in Milton!

Birdhouse Rotisserie Chicken and Market on Route 16 in Milton officially opened its doors May 27. The space includes a dinner-only restaurant with a focus on rotisserie chicken-related dishes and a small market serving up fresh produce and take-home meals.
Owner Ami Rae said she decided to start Birdhouse after customers at her other Route 16 restaurant, the Backyard, asked for dinner. The space had formerly been occupied by Beaches Seafood and underwent renovations to fit Rae’s vision.
