After a lot of thought and many conversations, we’ve made the decision to permanently close the campground as we shift our focus to other priorities in this season of life.

This wasn’t an easy decision, because this place has been filled with so many great people and memories over the years. Campfires, laughter, kids playing, quiet mornings with coffee, and the friendships that formed here are things we will always appreciate.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who chose to spend time here and be part of this little campground community. You made it so special!

As we close this chapter, we do so with a lot of appreciation for the experiences and the people who shared them with us. Thank you for being part of it.

These beautiful sites are still open for the weekend!! Each site has been sprayed to help with bugs, has a picnic table, fire ring, and free firewood! I took these photos this morning as I was delivering some wood to the sites that have been booked. This has definitely been a tough summer for camping! Between the unpredictable storms and the smoke we don’t blame anyone for not wanting to spend the time outdoors! One thing about our campground is NO light pollution when you are camping here so you are able to clearly see the night sky and everything it has to offer! We decided it would be neat if we could get a closer view of that night sky! So we are adding a telescope to the fun things to do here! We are hoping to be able to have it be at the playground full time however also making sure it and children are safe with it (not looking at the sun kind of thing) is a detail we are looking in to. Until then, please definitely ask if you’d like to check it out!

Today we laid down a bunch of fresh gravel to firm up the main road—because Mother Nature’s been throwing us some surprise rain lately, and we’re not about to let that slow us down!
