As my close personal friend and Pastor for the past 17 years, I can speak firsthand of the integrity and superior leadership abilities of Minden’s mayoral candidate, Billy Mills. Not only is he a proven leader and motivator, his resolute character is sure to propel this city forward in a positive and productive future.

Billy Mills has held offices at the national and local levels in the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ (ALJC), being responsible for budgets, distribution of funds and the management and leadership of people. As pastor in Minden for 17 years, he led a multicultural congregation and was respected by people of every race and social background. Billy Mills is wise in his approach to people and seeks divine help to guide him in all that he does. He is a man of great character and is not swayed nor moved by political pressures. Handling tasks with a clear focus and unbiased approach is one of his most stellar traits.
