A First for Mineral Wells: Private On-Site Mineral Soaking

We are beyond excited to announce that Stay Well Property Management is welcoming a truly one-of-a-kind property to our portfolio.

For the first time in Mineral Wells, guests will be able to enjoy private, on-site mineral soaking baths as part of their short-term rental experience.

The owners were drawn here all the way from Kansas after experiencing the restorative power of Mineral Wells’ legendary Crazy Water for themselves. What began as a personal journey of healing quickly turned into something bigger — a calling to create a space where others could experience the same renewal.

Over the past several months, they have poured heart and intention into restoring this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath home. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated — and the crown jewel? Not one, but two outdoor mineral soaking tubs. Experience restorative soaks beneath a clear, light-filled canopy designed for peaceful stargazing and deep exhale moments.

This isn’t just a stay.
It’s restoration.
It’s wellness — right in your own backyard.

✨ Two Years of Excellence ✨

You can see in that screenshot my battery was at 19% — and honestly, so was I. Physically and mentally… I had bitten off more than I could chew trying to do it all on my own.

That day marked a turning point — not just for me, but for Stay Well Property Management. Because Caitlin didn’t just join the team… she became the backbone of it.

She runs this company with the same care, excellence, and attention to detail that I built it on. And while a lot of people think they can do everything themselves, I’ve learned that good leadership means knowing when to empower others who share your vision.
