Large deck/screen-porch off the back of the house, private dock with sunny/shaded areas and swim platform with ladder. There's 8+ ft water depth off the lake-side of the dock and 1-6 ft depth between the dock and shore defining a nice swimming area. Great fishing off the dock...bass, b

Staff at Pleasants Landing is preparing for their “Love the Lake Festival”. This event will take place the third Sunday of every month beginning in July and running through the fall. Pleasants' lake front venue will be open (free) to the public from 8:30am-1:00pm. The beach is beautiful and the ice cream parlor is open. The Pleasant Landing crew is hard at work providing the lake community and its guests with a healthy summer season. Additionally, Pleasants staff expects to see a waterfront restaurant open in 2021 that will operate year-round. Pleasants is also utilized as an event venue; events such as weddings/family parties as their dining room easily seats 175 persons.
