WAKE UP WEDNESDAY...
I'm in the October of my life and I get to focus on the beauty of the changes in my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual Self.
The anticipation of going into the winter of my life compels me to remember how much I have changed and expanded my consciousness.
With feelings of gratitude I can choose to enjoy who I am now or I can settle for feelings of lament and sadness. The choice is mine daily. Today I choose to see the beauty within .... and without.

Yesterday I spent a beautiful fall afternoon at an organic apple orchard with friends. 🍂🍁🍎
Being in an orchard is always bittersweet for me this time of year because my father had an apple orchard and it was a highlight of the season for our family to pick the apples with him.
This quote is what we put on his memorial card. It becomes more meaningful as each year of my life passes.
