To My Beacons Team ❤️
As we come to the end of another season, I want to take a moment to say thank you to each and every one of you.
This has been a difficult year in many ways. Losing a member of our work family in the spring was incredibly hard, and yet, through it all, you continued to show up, support one another, and pull together as a team. That kind of dedication and teamwork does not go unnoticed. I am so proud of all of you!
I am especially proud of what we have accomplished together. While so many businesses are struggling to find and keep employees, we are fortunate to have a team that is committed to being here. Even more telling, our J-1 employees have told us they want to return and work with us again next year. That is a reflection of all of you.
A successful workplace isn’t just about having enough people to fill the positions. It’s about having people who care, who step up when needed, who help each other, and who take pride in what they do.
Thank you for your hard work, your flexibility, your dedication, and most of all, for the way you have supported one another and myself through a challenging year.
I am truly grateful for our team and proud of what we have accomplished together. Thank you for making the Beacons a place where people want to work — and want to come back. ❤️
