🦩 Greetings from the Emerald Coast!
We have heard from just about all of our local friends and I'm happy to report that everyone checked in with a thumbs up!

Yes, we have some cleanup over the next couple of days. But all the local restaurants within walking distance of our house will be re-opened by tomorrow.

The stores and gas stations are still restocking. So, if you're coming to visit later this week, we encourage you to bring groceries...just in case.

As you have seen in many news reports, our beautiful beach needs a little cleanup. We'll be working on that in the coming days. Once the sand dries out, it will be back to the soft, white powder that we all love so much!

🙏🏼 So...please come see us when your schedule opens up. Fall is still our favorite time to visit and with our strong Wi-Fi, this is a great place to WFH over the winter!

🤭 "Call me anything you want, just don't call me late to dinner!"
It does appear our one and only hurricane this year is certainly late to the season!

❤️ We just wanted to share a quick post for all of our loyal followers.
Flamingo Destin will be vacant over the next few days as we sit out this unwelcome weather pattern. Our dedicated team is working diligently to secure our home from the expected winds. And Walton County is poised and ready to swing into gear as needed.

😎 And if you're coming to visit in the near future, rest assured our doors will soon be open to welcome you and your family!

FUN FACT: Isaias is the Spanish/Portuguese form of the biblical name Isaiah, with origins in the Hebrew name Yeshayahu. The name means roughly “God is salvation” and refers to the biblical prophet Isaiah. It's pronounced "Ee-sah-eh-us".
