"Tradewind" is nestled in the family-friendly Gulfside Cottages neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach & community pool!

***Please Note: You must be at least 25 years of age to book Tradewind. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone.***

This 3 bedroom (plus Tower Bunk Room) beach cottage completed a full-scale remodel in 2018. Contemporary coast

al decor throughout the home is complemented with splashes of blue and green hints of color, creating a calming, light and open feel to the home. The first floor features and open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range/oven, and everything you'll need to for preparing and enjoying wonderful meals. The master bedroom is situated on the second floor, and includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with an elegantly tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, features a queen size bed, tastefully decorated in contemporary coastal decor. The third bedroom, also located on the second floor, features two twin beds, with the guest bathroom located right across the hall. In the Tower bedroom, kids or adults can relax in the captain's bunk, which includes a full size bed on the bottom level of the bunk, and a twin on top. Watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen, or gaze out over the cottage rooftops to the Gulf of Mexico! The Beach: From the house, you'll enjoy an easy stroll down the block to the beach access at the end of the quiet street. Simply grab your beach gear from the storage closet (conveniently located under the carport), and head down to the beautifully clear waters of the Emerald Coast! The Pool: An easy stroll within the neighborhood (just a few houses down the street) leads you to the gated community pool for the exclusive use of Gulfside Cottages guests & owners. Activities and fun abound in the surrounding area! You've got limitless options for great food and fun, including the Silver Sands Premium Outlets right across the street! Tradewind has undergone a complete remodel in 2018 - you'll be amazed and pleased with the attention to detail, finish work, and color/style selections. A beautiful and bright coastal-contemporary experience awaits!
