Thankful for the generosity that keeps camp sailing!
We are incredibly grateful for The Stone Family Charitable Foundation for their incredible support of sailing at North Woods and Pleasant Valley. Over the past two years, their generosity has funded two new Rockets and the restoration of a Mercury sailboat, giving generations of campers the opportunity to experience the joy, freedom, and adventure of sailing on Lake Winnipesaukee.
This summer, we proudly christened all three boats “Sir James I, II, and III” . From learning to sail for the first time, to mastering the wind with friends, these boats will create countless camp memories for years to come. Thank you, Jim and Monrud, for your 11 years of unwavering support of our camps and campers, and for these boats helping keep the spirit of sailing alive at camp.
