We share a medicine wheel (inclusive of all spiritual beliefs) a sweat lodge, a huge organic garden, a natural spring, a lovely pond, and acreage of fields and flowers all nestled quietly in the beauty and unique power of Moabs' Red Rocks.

All levels vinyasa classes are open to all people!
$10-20 suggested donation

Free on Tuesdays at 10am for members

Free on Wednesdays at 8am and Thursdays at 6pm for members!
