We expect two rooms to become available mid October for rent (30 day minimum stay). Each includes a private bedroom and bathroom in a shared house. Fully furnished and ready to move in, like a hotel but cozier and more affordable for long stays.

As of March 17, 2025 we are no longer taking overnight bookings. Insurance policy challenge led us to change the business plan. We now take guests of 30-day minimum like a boarding house. Reach out to us any time with questions on rates and availability. 251-289-1161.

If you like the idea of staying with us during Mardi Gras but have been waiting for the right time, wait no more - this is last call. Mardi Gras 2025 is probably the last time we can take short term renters. Insurance companies don’t want to cover an old house near the bay that also takes STRs. Our current carrier is trying to drop our policy and alternatives are twice the price. In March we will switch to only 30+ night stays.
