Welcome back to the Hi Tide



We are happy to say that the Hi Tide Resort is now fully operational and back online to accommodate your staycation desires. Grays Harbor County is now in Phase 2 and many of the local restaurants and stores are open with the necessary social distancing and capacity requirements. All the beaches and beach accesses are open. But as you know the Hi Tide provides you the best beach access, just steps from your oceanfront condo.

With everything loosing up in Washington, we are beginning to book summer months with many dates already filling up. If June is good time for your visit to the beach, book now and take advantage of the late spring rates (thru June 25th) at $165/night for our standard fully furnished one bedroom condo and $239/night for the fully furnished two bedroom and the Penthouse unit. For next few weeks, as we book summer dates and for your safety, it will be necessary to maintain an appropriate gap between occupancy to air out and clean and sanitize each unit thoroughly. All summer we will require a minimum of a two night stay, and unfortunately, we cannot offer any early check-ins and late check-outs

Your Health and Stay at the Hi Tide

As the state of Washington returns to full operations so will the Hi Tide Resort. Currently, the resort is operating at a reduced level and is slowly increasing our capacity as we move toward June 1st. The beach in front of the resort is open and vehicle access to the beach is also open.

For condo availability please call 1 360 276 4142 or check online at www.hi-tide-resort .com, some restrictions apply, such as a three night minimum is required until June 1st. This is necessary because of limited personnel we must have to prepare our condos safely & properly for each guest.

I want to share with you the steps we are taking at Hi-Tide Resort to help protect the health and safety of our guests and associates, which is always our top priority. I closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and applicable public health agencies.

Our housekeeping and sanitization efforts in our resort have been greatly expanded. Our staff frequently disinfecting all-touched surfaces such as door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces, and including a deep cleaning program in all our rooms. I'm asking all of our associates (and we urge everyone) to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection. Check-in procedures are kept at required social distancing and check out is with a simple drop off in the key box. All condos are aired out and vacated for a minimum 24 hours

! feel deeply for those who have been affected. Thankfully, as of now, we are not aware of any associate contracting COVID-19. But I have implemented guidelines that instruct any associate who may develop symptoms or come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions.

Again, the health and safety of our guests and associates are our top priority and I am committed to doing our part to help keep you safe.
