A forest fire just 3-5 miles Northeast burns. The size burning is approximately 20 acreas and is being held back by firefighters.

Western Washington Type 3 Incident Management Team arrived in Taholah, Washington today, responding to the Margarita Fire on the Quinault Indian Nation. The team will assume command of the fire tomorrow. We appreciate the warm welcome from the community and look forward to supporting you all.
