Unfortunately, I was unable to raise enough money to order the earth bags and supplies in time for an April start this year. I am $25,000 short of my goal, so fundraising continues and we try again next April. I do so appreciate your interest in my attempt to make a place, in this crazy world, for people to feel better!

We will be building several earth bag structures of various designs and sizes. You can get a good idea of the work by looking up "earthbag construction" videos on youtube. One of my favorite channels is "mylittlehomestead" because they make it all look so fun and easy! There will be no money for the work, but meals will be provided and future lodging credits, for the completed self-wellness retreat / off-grid experience / emergency shelter, will be given. Also, your name will be permanently displayed on the "Groundbreaking Innovators" plaque in the camp store we are going to build! We wont be getting started until April 2020 cuz I don't want anyone to freeze:) How long the job lasts depends on how much help we can gather! Oh, and since we are building the accomidations, no accomidations can be provided. you'll need an RV or something.

I'm going to need lots of random glass... Old bottles and jars of all shapes, sizes and colors. Old aquariums and fish bowls. Old windows and table tops. Most of the buildings will be super Adobe so almost anything will work. The glass will be used for both light and heat applications. Let me know, in the comments below, if you have anything to donate to the project. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! As you can see in the pictures, sage brush has taken over the area and the fence needs fixin'! So, the first order of business is to acquire a BOX SCRAPER. If anyone happens upon a super deal, let me know please.
