We have our remodeled home with two separate units. Unit 1 is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located in the upper portion of the home. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with plenty of room for an air mattress, if extra sleeping space is needed. The master bathroom is large and open with a beautiful tiled stand up shower. A washer and dryer is also located in this bathroom. Downstairs is an open entry way leading to the living room/kitchen area. Large windows allow for a beautiful view of the water. Two additional bedrooms are on the main level along with the 2nd bathroom. Again a tiled stand up shower and a stackable washer and dryer are present. Outdoors is a large deck where you can grill and dine outside listening to the water. Along the south side of the home is an outdoor fire ring to enjoy the calm country surrounding you.
Unit 2 is a remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom unit located in the lower portion of the house. A private entrance will take you into the living room/kitchen area. There is a high-top table to enjoy breakfast. NOTE: There is a small refrigerator but, there is no stove. There IS a skillet, microwave, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, and charcoal grill. To the right upon entering is the large bedroom. There is plenty of space for an air mattress, if extra sleeping space is needed. To the left through the kitchen is the bathroom with a stand-up shower. Outside is a cement patio with a picnic table, chairs, and grill. A fire pit is located to the south of the house to enjoy also.
We are very excited to announce that our brand new Quad Units are completed. The Quads feature 4 separate one room units. These units were designed for a 4 member family, (2 adults, 2 kids), making it a perfect unit for a small family getaway. This open concept design includes a small kitchenette, one king size bed, one bunk bend and a full bathroom. Outside is a common area cement patio with a picnic table for each unit overlooking the Yellow River. A fire pit is located off the cement patio for you to enjoy the peacefulness of the river and the calm country surrounding you. These units provide an amazing view of Yellow River with relaxing tones of the river rapids below.
All units at Yellow River Resort are pet friendly for a small fee.
