🎥 ON THE RANCH: We are so excited to share Brayden Garcia’s KTVO Next Gen Ag feature!

At 13 years old, Brayden successfully completed 68 hours of hands-on experience with the horses and donkeys through Double Hearts Ranch’s first Junior Ranch Hand Leadership & Learning Program. Throughout the program, he developed practical ranch skills while strengthening responsibility, confidence, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and respect for animals and others.

This program was made possible with the $3,417 raised during the May 2026 Horses for Mental Health Campaign. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the campaign and helped us turn this vision into a meaningful opportunity for local youth.

Thank you to KTVO for visiting Double Hearts Ranch, recognizing Brayden’s accomplishment, and helping us share this program with a new area of the state!

🎉🐾 Happy Birthday to our sweet Gracie! 🐾🎂💜

Today we’re celebrating one very special girl! We aren’t exactly sure whether Gracie is turning 14 or 15, but one thing we know for certain—she has filled our lives with so much love and so many wonderful memories. ❤️

Oh, how I love this pup! 🥰 Gracie has been a GREAT addition to our family and has shared so many adventures with us over the years.

This girl absolutely loves to go for a ride! 🚗🐾 She has traveled with us on some pretty great trips—from New Orleans to St. Louis and lots of places in between. She’s always ready for the next adventure, especially if it means being with us.
She also loves kayaking with Tom 🛶🐶 and heading out on our camping trips. Whether she’s on the road, on the water, at a campsite, or relaxing at home, Gracie just wants to be part of whatever we’re doing—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

As she gets older, every adventure and every day with her becomes a little more precious. We are so thankful for all the miles traveled, camping trips, kayak rides, memories, and unconditional love this sweet girl has given us.

Happy Birthday, Gracie! 🎉🐶💜 Here’s to another year of rides, adventures, treats, naps, and making memories together!

💦🐴 Snickers’ Spa Day Fun! 🐴💦

We had such a wonderful time welcoming some very special guests to Double Hearts Ranch this past month for Snickers’ Spa Day!

The kids enjoyed learning how to safely groom, wash, and care for Snickers—and, of course, playing in the water while helping her beat the summer heat. Snickers seemed to enjoy every minute of being pampered and receiving so much attention!

We truly appreciate this family traveling all the way from Louisiana, Missouri, to spend the day at the Ranch with Snickers and the rest of the herd. Thank you for sharing such a fun and memorable experience with us!

🌳 Help Needed at Double Hearts Ranch 🌳

We have a tree near one of our pastures that needs to be cut down to help keep our horses and donkeys stay safe.

If anyone would be interested in cutting it down in exchange for keeping the wood, please let us know. We would like to have it removed by this fall.
