Been awhile since I have posted anything. What better time than now, as I will be getting ready to decorate for Christmas! Last year I decided to make my own version of a Candy Land Board game tree! The version from my original game as a child.
So I thought I would share a few pictures of some of my decor that will be going up. Decorations stay up through January. I love to enjoy them for just a little more time! :)

What a BEAUTIFUL start to November! I am getting the gardens ready for winter AND have the windows open in the farm house! I love to air out the house whenever possible!
Soon I'll be transitioning to Christmas on the farm! Lights on the outside and every room in the house, will have a Christmas tree! A perfect spot for a country Christmas celebration. Decorations will be up from Dec through the end of January!

Hi Every one! The flowers have been just beautiful this spring! Tulips, allium, iris and now the peonies are starting to bloom. Mother nature always has beauty through out the year!

Been working hard at getting the gardens all weeded and mulched. We are going to be moving the outhouse, back to it's original location in the yard. We even have the original sidewalk that went right to it!

Looking forward to spring, but today, mother nature is still in winter mode! Nothing like a couple inches of snow for April! But soon the spring flowers will be blooming at the farm. I planted more tulips last fall, so anxious to see them bloom this spring.
Working on some new DIY crafts for this year. Here is a cute bumble bee wall hanging that I added to the selections.

We have finally received some snow, of course, after Christmas! But we still have our Christmas lights up all through January. Now that we have some snow, snowmobilers, please consider staying with us. We are only about a mile away from the Cheese City Trail.

I just thought that I would share some of the Christmas decor that we still have up all through January. If you are still looking for a small family getaway to celebrate the holidays later, please keep us in mind. no matter what time of the year it is!

Christmas will be here sooner that we realize. I still have tulip bulbs to plant by the picket fence and I am so glad that we have some warmer weather for a bit.
I need to get the outdoor decorating done too. I have to get the lights on the fence and our '52 Ford, needs some festive decor as well! Here are some pictures from last year.

I also have a new DIY choice for a Christmas craft, if any guests would like to have some crafting fun! The Santa on the JOY blocks.

Fall is here! Hopefully the crisp fall air is coming too! Getting ready to do some fall crafts with some of our guests tomorrow in the barn. Also having fun decorating the house and gardens for fall. Love the mums, pumpkins and scarecrows!

Sheets drying on the line for our next guests, beautiful blue skies, a barn and a windmill. For me, it doesn't get any better than this! 😁

Hard to believe, that summer is in full swing, but fall is around the corner! Keep us in mind for an upcoming Thanksgiving or Christmas at the farmhouse! The butterflies are still fluttering around in the gardens!
