Recent 5-star hip campers Mary Anne and Larry brought me not 1 but 5 license plates to add to the wall. Past guests have been great about helping add to the wall and hopefully with help of future guests the collection keep's on growing.

Its Alive... The phonebooth TP and Lisa donated turned into quite the project but with plenty of internet advice, new parts, help from friends and crash courses in voice over internet modems and call services I have a dial tone and $.25 will make a call anywhere in the US.

I doubt many of my younger guests will understand but seriously, how cool is it to have a working payphone here at the camp.

A few weeks ago I had another wonderful family stay, they happen to also be hip camp star hosts of Bubbling Springs in Wisconsin. During our long and enjoyable conversation I mentioned wishing I could design and old school "greetings from" travel postcard. Ashley offered to put something together and gave me her business card and I was supposed to send some of the pictures I had in mind. Well I dropped the ball on my end and didnt get pictures sent. Ashley being the rockstar she is put together a few images she found and knocked it out of the park. Anyone looking for a site in Wisconsin you couldnt go wrong with Bubbling Springs in Blue River and couldnt possibly find nicer and more generous hosts. Thanks Ashley LOVE the post cards.

Added a water misting system to the "binzebo" transforming it into the "coolzebo" With our recent 100 degree temps its been camper tested and camper approved.

Calling all campers... Brought home a vintage phone booth that was donated to the camp by my sister and bro in law. Still pondering what to do with it but regardless of where I put it will amuse my mature guests and likely confuse some of the younger ones... thanks T&L will make a great addition and photo op.

Was a frosty morning today, I think a green campground full of guests is preferable but it is pretty flocked in white.
