Yes, you have to stay at least two nights.
How do I know if this house is legit?
You can book is through Airbnb.com, they are a safe alternative that will refund you your money if you find anything wrong with the house.
Can you go fishing or swimming?
You can definitely go fishing and swimming on the lake, the house itself has a fishing pier and a fishing canoe available for rent, for your enjoyment. The fishing canoe is $30 for a full day and it includes fishing rods.
Where is the house located?
The house itself is located just outside of Edinburg, in Monte Alto.
What lake is this on?
The house is on Lake Delta, in a gated and private community.
How many people can stay?
4 adults can sleep here, not including children, the total amount of people that can be here is 8. Because the house is in a gated and private resort, there is an additional fee of $12 for every visitor that goes, and $20 for every visitor that sleeps there.
What is the return policy?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel when the check-in date is 14 days away, you will receive a 50% refund if you cancel up to 48 hours after the 14 day period, and you will receive no refund if you cancel within 7 days or less before the check-in date.
