The Caddy Shack is a beautiful little home directly on the Russian River in Monte Rio, it is also located at the beautiful Northwood Golf Course. The house sleeps six, has a big beautiful deck over looking the Russian River. There is a large canoe for drifting up and down the river. There is a bald Eagle nest directly across the river

for those lovers of ornithology, as well as many other river birds and foul. The house is warm and comfortable, brand new thick lush carpet throughout the home, fresh paint, a big new BBQ, a large TV with xfinity on demand, one and a half bathrooms, and all new lush linens and towels. There are nice new quilts and comforters throughout the house, new furniture and a new washer and dryer. You can sleep eight via the permit and entertain fourteen persons by day. You can play on the incredible Russian River, and play golf at Northwood Golf Course, which is one of the top nine hole courses in the world. Northwood is set amongst huge towering majestic redwood trees. The greens are lush and green, perfectly manicured grounds take your breath away at this beautiful Golf Course. The Pacific Ocean is just Seven miles west. Here you can wander up and down seventeen miles of Sonoma Coast State Beach. Just east of the home you will find Armstrong State Forest. This is where you will see some of the tallest trees in the entire world, topping height of three hundred and fifty feet tall. First renters had a great time even though the gas has yet to be turned on. They brought their own space heaters Got another couple coming the weekend of Nov. 8th. My 80 year old photographer is a little under the weather. Finished photos coming very soon.

The renovations are complete. Gorgeous new landscaping, deck, BBQ, paint inside and out, new washer and dryer, paved parking in front, new linens, carpet, fireplace, tile, kitchen utensils, and decorations. We're ready to rent.
