Check out our version of caprese salad. Our delicious pesto topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh burrata cheese, balsamic and evoo drizzle, topped with rose salt and accompanied by a crispy crostini (not pictured). Open tonight at 5.

That was a great break! We're back tomorrow with a new menu and of course some specials. We're open just Thursday-Saturday for dinner this week at 5pm. Below is the new menu, on special is crispy half duck dinner and a grilled 12oz NY Strip. Salt potatoes are back for the summer!

On the docket today is yard clean-up and paint touch ups on the inside. Prep for upcoming projects including a new fridge, sink and counter in the kitchen. We may be closed but stuff is going on! Our bi annual end-of-season brunch at the charming Blue Paddle Bistro in South Hero! It was lovely to meet new friends. See everyone in May!

The wonderful folks of The Inn, located in Montgomery Center, joined us for Sunday Brunch yesterday. Following a busy ski season at Jay Peak, they all drove to see us for a group outing before their summer season kicks off. It was great making some new friends in our line of work.
