As we get ready for the 2021 tourist busy season, we're looking for cooks, dishwashers, servers and bartenders to start immediately.
We are a unique, family owned 1920's speakeasy located inside the grain silos of an old Flour Mill in Monticello, UT. This is our 3rd year in business and we grow exponentially each year. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and the quaint atmosphere we provide for an unforgettable dining experience.
Our full restaurant is managed by Chef Rob who creates and hand makes everything to be a masterpiece. As the only bar in San Juan County, we hold ourselves to a high standard with our hand crafted cocktails and wide variety of spirit collection. We hold a 4.5 star rating and need employees who can see our vision and help us succeed.
If you like a unique work place that's fast paced, family oriented, positive and drama free, with great co-workers and bosses, then this is the place for you. Experience is preferred but not required. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Pay is very competitive and will depend on the position applied for and prior experience.
