Todd started as a single lakefront homeowner, planning to enjoy Lake-life. After some unsolicited advice from friends he posted his home on VRBO while he went out of town for a couple of weeks. cations was established! Since we ventured into the market in Spring of 2016, we have seen a huge increase in the market, we currently own seven luxury, lakefront homes. As part of our new venture with Lakecations, we are property managers who are overseeing vacation rentals, with a total of 15 properties. We are happily sharing what we have learned about the business, while still being able to do what we love. What we love about managing vacation rentals is talking with families and helping them plan outstanding LAKEcations!
