Lost Creek Ranch Lost Creek Ranch & Spa is a historic all-inclusive guest ranch located in Jackson Hole, WY and GTNP.

Lost Creek Ranch was originally homesteaded in the late 1800s. In 1929, as the Rockefeller Family was acquiring thousands of acres in Jackson Hole to convert into the Grand Teton National Park, the ranch's owner, Albert Schwabacher, retained private ownership. The Halpin Family purchased the ranch in 1968 in order to continue Albert's legacy of involving new people in the region's traditional activities. Three generations of Halpins remain actively involved in its daily operations.

Everyone who comes to the ranch leaves with a part of it. Not just the photographs or the stories you tell at dinner back home. Something smaller, something permanent.

On Friday evening, during the farewell cookout, our wranglers heat the ranch brand and press it into the heel of your boot. It's a tradition that's been happening here longer than most of us have been alive.

September is Adults Only on the ranch, and it's also when the valley exhales. The aspens go gold, the river cools into prime fishing water, and the wildlife starts moving through in ways that stop you mid-trail. Our last two weeks are adults only, and the whole ranch shifts to match. Slower mornings, longer rides, and the kind of evenings where nobody's in a hurry to leave the table.
